Over the last couple of years, I have tried many gluten and dairy free products. I love some and dislike others, but that is purely subjective. I would like to share some of my favorite, tested products with you.
I have tried numerous gluten free breads. Everyone has their favorite, but I think Udi’s is the best on the market. I particularly like their white sandwich bread, bagels, and raisin bread. You can either freeze or refrigerate their bread. It does taste better toasted.
Barilla Gluten free pasta
I have tried many gluten free kinds of pasta, but I think Barilla has the best texture.
Gluten free Jules Pizza Mix
This is the best gluten-free pizza mix I have tried. With a little effort, you can have chewy, crusty pizza.
King Arthur Measure for Measure flour
This gluten free flour is amazing. It makes fluffy and soft-textured cakes.
Bob’s Red Mill Rice flour
I use this rice flour in cakes, gravy and sauce making. It is not gritty at all.
Betty Crocker Gluten free Bisquick
This mix is great for impossible pies
Enjoy life dairy free chocolate chips
You’ll never know they’re not chocolate.

Lotus foods brown rice ramen
If you love ramen, you will love these. They cook up in about five minut
Tinkyada brown rice lasagna noodles
I made an amazing lasagna with this pasta. The texture is excellent and the pasta cooks up really well.
