Review of Kinnikinnick vanilla glazed donuts

Who doesn’t love a really good donut? But when you’re gluten-free it’s not easy to find a doughnut that really tastes like a doughnut.

I have tried and reviewed Katzes donuts in the past,  but unfortunately they upset my stomach so I had to stop ordering them. I recently discovered Kinnikinnick  donuts online at  I last ordered their pumpkin spice donuts a couple of weeks ago and found them to be extremely good.

A new health food store just opened up down the road, and I was happy to see that they carry both chocolate and vanilla glazed donuts.  I stopped in today to buy some locally produced eggs and decided to get a box of the vanilla glazed.

I have to tell you these donuts are fabulous. They really remind me of Krispy Kreme donuts. They are a little on the small side, but don’t let that stop you from trying them. I guess they are actually the size of mini donuts.

They are soft yet chewy; and have a really good vanilla flavor. You would never believe they are gluten-free and dairy free. If I could still eat the Katz’s donuts,  I would instead choose the Kinnikinnick.  They are hands-down more flavorful and reminiscent of real donuts.

If you decide to try these please comment your review.
