The wheat is really gone….

Those of you who have been reading my blog since the beginning have probably noticed that this site is evolving.

When I started this blog almost a year ago, my main focus was on gluten and dairy free living.  My focus has shifted somewhat to healthy diet and living.  I am still gluten and dairy free, and I still eat gluten free pasta, bread, main meals and some desserts.  I still drink almond milk and use dairy free spread, etc.  But this is no longer my main focus. I have pretty much stopped baking, and my recipes are more geared towards healthier ingredients.

I have toyed with the idea of revamping this entire site, or perhaps moving onto a new one.  I do not want to lose my loyal followers and those I have tried to help to maintain a gluten free lifestyle.  But my goals have changed.

I would love feedback from all of you-should I revamp this site, start a new one, or stick to what I have accomplished over the past year?  I fear I have lost some connections, and might be restricting myself to not making new ones.  My site is a combination of healthy and unhealthy gluten free living.  It seems I have reached an impasse.

You, dear readers, are all very important to me.  Please let me know your thoughts, suggestions and comments.  Would you like to see me continue as I have been doing, or do you think I should perhaps start a new blog?

Thanks to all of you who have followed, commented and enjoyed this journey with me.  I hope to continue on this path for a very long time.
